How much does a Service Call Cost?
All new customers receive a free site visit to assess their current equipment and possible needs. JW Stevens provides services on a quoted or Time and Material basis. Typically scheduled work can be quoted and scheduled. Emergency responses are normally billed on a T & M basis. All of our customers with a Peak Performance Program in place receive a discount on all Services.
Why is my water pump getting so loud and leaking?
Excessive pump noise or leaking is a sign that maintenance is required. If air is allowed to enter the system, it can become trapped in the pump, creating noise and leading to pump failure. Customers often overlook routine servicing of pumps. Pump seal kits, pump alignment, and pump motor voltage checks.
